Doner Club, a rapidly expanding brand in the culinary world, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our growth by identifying and securing prime locations for our franchise expansion across India. This position requires a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


Location Hunting:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for new Doner Club outlets.

Analyze demographic data and consumer behavior to assess the viability of different locations.

Collaborate with the management team to understand target markets and expansion goals.


Site Visits and Evaluation:

Travel extensively to visit potential franchise locations across various cities in India.

Assess the suitability of each site based on factors such as foot traffic, visibility, and local market dynamics.

Compile detailed reports and present findings to the management for decision-making.


Franchise Outreach:

Act as a liaison between Doner Club and potential franchisees, providing information and addressing inquiries.

Present compelling business proposals to prospective franchise partners, highlighting the benefits of joining the Doner Club family.


Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Negotiate lease agreements and terms with property owners and landlords to secure favorable conditions for new outlets.

Work closely with the legal team to ensure all contractual agreements align with Doner Club's standards.


Market Trends and Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging opportunities.

Provide regular updates to the management team on market conditions and potential challenges.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

A passion for the food industry and understanding of franchise dynamics.
